The Eudunda Hampden Rail Trail is a brand-new 3.4 kilometre rail-corridor link between Eudunda and Julia Road at Hampden. Designed to enrich the regional trail network, it forms a fresh connector on the broader Lavender Cycling Trail (M2C) and offers a pleasant off-road route for cyclists and walkers alike.
The Centenary & Memorial Gardens are one of Eudunda’s most scenic and welcoming spots, perfect for a peaceful break, a family picnic, or a wander through local history.
The Eudunda Skate Park is now officially opened! Designed by Trinity Skateparks and developed by Goyder YAC with support from the Regional Council of Goyder – this is an excellent space for wheels enthusiasts of all kinds, and right next to the community pool in swim season! Step back in time with a visit to Eudunda Family Heritage Gallery. Open Friday, Saturday & Sundays between 10am-2pm by a team of dedicated volunteers.
Showcasing the Family Histories of the German settlers who farmed the area from 1840’s onwards, you will also find the historic Gosling’s Cottage located at the back of the Gallery built in 1880.
The Eudunda Silo Art was completed in 2021 by artist Sam Brooks. It features a tribute to the Ngadjuri on whoes land these silos stand and to local author Colin Thiele.
Take a leisurely stroll through the historic Eudunda township to view the diverse array of mosaic art created by the local community.
Embark on the self guided “Colin Thiele Drive”, approximately 25 kilometres in length, tracing the countryside that inspired much of his work.
